Duties
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
- Implement treatment plans and interventions under the supervision of a clinical supervisor
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Assist in crisis intervention techniques
- Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities to promote socialization and skill development

- Experience in medical documentation and record keeping
- Knowledge of Christian counseling principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
- Understanding of ICD-10 coding for mental health diagnoses
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management strategies
- Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment planning purposes
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
