Come join our growing team! The Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is responsible for customer service, client satisfaction, client education and client flow within the clinic.
Basic Skills and Experience:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Highly energetic, go-getter, motivated individual.
- Willing to take initiative and work with little direction.
- Adaptable to change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities
- One (1) year previous veterinary/front desk experience preferred.
- Must be able to work Saturday hours.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year
- Veterinary clinic: 1 year
