This position includes accounting and administrative duties for a 32-year-old diversified financial concern. We are a lean office of seven looking for a motivated employee willing to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
· Internal (accounts payable/receivable)· Investment (transaction and performance-based reporting)
· Real Estate (real properties operating as rentals)
Administrative:
· Secretary for private family trusts
· Controller for two operating entities and several investing entities
· Sundry family office tasks / administration for a WY Private Trust Co.
· General support to Chief Financial Officer
Qualifications:
· Minimum two years of experience in an accounting or finance operations role
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented and highly organized
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to work in person five days/week
· Should be comfortable around dogs (we have an office corgi)
· Willingness to accept a broad range of responsibilities
