PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 as a 5 truck operation. In our 40 years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,500 trailers.

About this opportunity*

Day to day, you will work closely with Planners, Account Managers, Operations Managers, etc.. within Operations and will play a key role in the operational growth of PAM.

As a Fleet Manager you will be responsible for managing a fleet of drivers daily.

Pay and Schedule*

The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000 dependent on experience. This position is Friday-Monday 6am-6pm.

• How will you contribute to the success of the team?*
• Effectively communicating with your drivers
• Effectively communicating issues / concerns to the Account Management team.
• Managing Truck Maintenance schedule to ensure services are completed on time.
• Managing Driver drug tests / physicals
• Driving Safety within your fleet.
• Pushing to maximize utilization of the trucks on your fleet to ensure that your Drivers are taken care of and bringing home the paychecks that they need.
