About this opportunity

Our Irving team is currently seeking a Shop Leadman to join their team! We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a solid mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic!

Pay and Schedule

• Monday-Friday 3:30pm to 12am
• $49,920 - $74,880 Annual Pay

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• Assign jobs to technicians and maintain proper job mix to ensure shop productivity.
• Assist mechanics in developing their skills with support of management.
• Daily planning of workload to ensure productivity and timely repairs to equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that equipment is being repaired to DOT and PAM standards.
• Promote and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe shop operation for all technicians, customers, and vendors.
• Review work orders for accuracy before placing equipment back into service.
