Your Career
Palo Alto Networks has built a world-class product management organization and continues to look for top-notch talent to tackle challenging security problems. As a Senior Product Manager for PAN-OS , you will play an instrumental role in managing the lifecycle of PAN-OS, which is the software that powers our next-generation firewalls and multiple cloud-based as-a-service offerings.
Your Impact

• Manage lifecycle of PAN-OS which includes: release management, version adoption and quality
• Partner closely with engineering
• Collaborate with customer success and field organization to delight customers and resolve escalations

Your Experience

• BS/MS in EE or Computer Science preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in an engineering lead role (sw development, release or quality assurance)
• Any experience in product management is a plus
• Experience in device and appliance management, operating systems or software lifecycle management needed
• Strong understanding of Linux-based systems
• Any experience in security or firewall technology is a plus
• Experience in public cloud IaaS is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface cross functionally as well as with external customers, field teams and partners

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $163,200/yr to $264,000/yr.
