Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of installers for your daily job.
- Prepare the truck with all the required tools for countertop installation.
- Ability to lift heavy countertop pieces for installation.
- Be ready to install multi kitchen countertops a day.
- Ability to communicate with upper management and provide feedbacks on performed jobs.
- Understand reading countertop drawing.
- Expert with handling and installing stone countertops.
- Having a good customer service.
- Familiar with construction site and safety requirement.
- Perform additional tasks per upper management request.
- Valid drivers license
- 5 years experience in stone/countertop installation is a plus
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
- Understand to read blueprint.
- Good organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- DC Resident is a plus
