Front office coordinator for privately owned ambulatory surgery center. Perfect candidate will enjoy working early mornings arrival times.

Must have excellent time management skills and be able to multi tasks.

Candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks to include but not limited to:

• Scheduling Patients
• Greeting patients
• Patient file preparation and management
• Customer Service "Rockstar"
• Collecting Payments
• Verifying Insurance 
• Obtain authorizations for a portion of procedures performed in the ASC and coordinate with scheduler 
• Ability to work appeals on denied authorizations 
• Data Entry
• Manage multiple providers' schedules and patient flow
• Multitasking while building and maintaining patient relationships
• Excel experience a bonus

Medical experience is required, surgery coordination/scheduling a plus

No nights, no weekends.
