Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with documentation during patient visits
- Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all medical charts are complete and up-to-date
- Coordinate with providers to manage electronic health records
- Provide medical administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
