Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or chef
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with food service and answering customer questions
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Support banquet events by setting up tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
