Continental Engines has a great opportunity for a full-time Service Coordinator in Greenville, SC to s. The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing on-site service-related solutions to our customers by working with our service team to provide quotes, schedule service, order parts, and other administrative duties.

About the Opportunity

The Service Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with service and commercial generator customers. Our Service Coordinators play an integral role in this commitment to our customers ensuring that parts arrive on time and that our Service Manager and Technicians are supported.

• Are you proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office applications (Salesforce experience preferred)?
• Are you self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented?
• Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills?

• Do you enjoy and excel with customer interaction (internal and external)?
• Do you have a basic level of mechanical aptitude and are able to read and understand assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics? Not required – we love to train!

We are open Monday through Friday during 1st shift hours- no evenings or weekends! Regular attendance is required to fulfill these job duties.
