Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Six Sigma teams to adopt and implement best practices across the division
• Work closely with Technical Advisors and plant staff to optimize operations, meet business goals, and enhance plant performance
• Conduct daily oversight and review of process operating performance
• Design and optimize industrial processes for the production of goods
• Evaluate manufacturing feasibility of new products and product changes and studies
• Develop and update process-related documentation such as equipment manuals and process instructions

Requirements:

• Chemical engineer degree with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in a lean manufacturing setting with Six Sigma preferred
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines
• Process control and statistical exposure
