Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as a Substitute. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills.
Duties:
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and discipline when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of each child's , attendance and any incidents or observations
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by following health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques
- Special education experience is a plus
