Looking for a positive, reliable, and self-motivated Full time Relief Manager for a busy self-storage facility. Retirees are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Renting self-storage units and outdoor/open parking.
• Walk-in/phone reservations.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Handling all customer service inquiries either on the phone, email or in person.
• Sales and promotion of packing supplies.
• Effective use of computer system.
• Cash management procedures and daily deposits.
• Open and close of property following proper procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service, sales, and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• Must be available to work Saturdays (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
