Vitality Services Technician

The Vitality Services Technician is responsible for administering vitality services to PALM Health members. Vitality services include: salt therapy; cryotherapy; infrared heat; steam; cell recharge (PEMf); and sound focus. The Vitality Tech will be responsible for administering the different wellness therapies, providing explanations of treatments, and obtaining informed consent prior to services; in addition to ensuring the general upkeep of the vitality service areas, ensuring that all spaces are ready to receive guests.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum one year’s experience working in a similar field (preferred)
• Previous spa or wellness experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
