• REQUIRED: 1 year experience in medical assisting, front desk, insurance verification, eligibility check, scheduling appointments, COPAY collection, scheduling and more.
• Will be a mix of MA, front desk and receptionist, and marketing tasks.
• Assist with marketing efforts for the practice
• Familiarity with EMR a plus
• Answer Phones, Set up appointment,
• authorization , preauth with insurance
• posting of payments and interacting with billing service
• Rooms the patients
• Takes Patient's Vitals.
• Autoclave instruments
• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
• Data Input into the computer
• Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
• Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients
• experience with EHR
• Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them with surgery scheduling
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
