- Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales and profits

- Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
- Manage, assign and follow up on tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept
- Provide customers exceptional service
- Resolve customer concerns
- Some sales environment experience
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
