Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sterilization Technician to join our fun, upbeat, orthodontic team. **Hourly pay is based on experience in the dental field or willingness to learn.

This position is for TWO LOCATIONS: Palm Beach Gardens and Royal Palm Beach. As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Your attention to detail and knowledge of sterilization techniques will ensure that all equipment and instruments are properly cleaned and ready for use.

Duties:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment and seat patients
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
- Assist dental professionals during procedures as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Keep accurate records of sterilization processes

Requirements:
- Knowledge of dental procedures
- Experience in dental field a plus but will train the right person
- Familiarity with dental software
- Understanding of medical imaging
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
