-This is a vital position within the Parks Division involving advanced clerical work dealing with internal and external customers.

-Processing complex incoming calls regarding

-Performing data entry of information received via telephone conversations, radio calls and in person discussions into a general database that assigns work orders to appropriate staff

-Performing specialized clerical activities, operation of radio using proper, FCC approved radio communications.

-Excellent customer service skills are imperative.

-Work is performed under general supervision of the Administrative Assistant.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.68 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
