The Administrator / Bookkeeper is primarily responsible for general office functions, such as answering the phone, ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, booking travel as well as internal accounting functions.
Candidate must be very well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
Duties & Responsibilities Include :
· Answer and route calls
· Log mail
· Schedule appointments
· UPS/FedEx mailing and tracking
· Assist with planning client events
· Order catering for group/client lunches
· Order office supplies
· Process employee expense reports
· Support compliance audits and document preparation
· Run monthly and quarterly client billing in Tamarac system
· Process accounts payable
· Data entry into QuickBooks
· Process solicitor payments and employee commissions
· Book office travel and keep TripIt itineraries
· Schedule and book team outings
· Various duties as needed to support the overall firm operations
