Hiring For Front of House Positions

Responsible for positive interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our guests have exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• At all times, Front of House Employees are expected to be attentive to our guest’s needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a Team.
• Participate in dining room setting: décor, condiments, service plates, etc.
• Assist Guests in food and beverage selections, Technology, suggesting courses, explaining specialties and answering food questions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Professional appearance, and positive, warm attitude.
• Good conversational skills, with an outgoing personality.
• Able to take direction, multi-task, and demonstrate organizational skills.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible.
• Must work well in a Team environment.

Requirements 1 years of comparable experience. Positive attitude and great work ethic. Team work oriented and self motivated.
