WTW is Hiring a Senior Associate Pharmacy Solutions Near Short Hills, NJ

**The Role:**

As a Sr. Associate for the Pharmacy Solutions Account Management team you will be supporting the development and delivery of the RxC/PBM service strategy for RxC clients and support other Rx Solutions as necessary.

You will oversee the PBM execution of the defined RxC service delivery model including oversight of PBM implementations and applying best practices and service standards to ensure best in class service is provided to our RxC clients.

You will have the opportunity to:

Partner with the leading PBMs in the industry

Increase your knowledge and understanding of PBM operations, Rx Solutions financial and clinical models, build strategic relationships within the PBM and broker/consulting industry as well as gain experience in coalition management within the benefit consulting industry

**Performance Objectives:**

**Client**

Serve as primary day to day contact for assigned PBM partner(s) related to all existing RxC client tasks and projects

Oversee and monitor updates related to new RxC client implementations, escalating concerns with PBM contacts as needed to ensure a smooth transition

Serve as a continuous advocate for clients and client teams to provide information, clarification, and guidance on pharmacy related issues

Manage client and client team expectations and escalate issues as appropriate

Participate in client calls as requested by the client team

Develop and update best practices for joint PBM and WTW teams related to implementations and plan changes; joint team roles and responsibilities and the processes and procedures established to support the ongoing service delivery model for Rx Collaborative clients

Communicate new process/procedures as well as changes/enhancements to the service model; resource assignments, operational issues and key PBM deadlines

Ensure PBMs are meeting deliverables within agreed upon timelines and adhering to process and procedures

Participate in at least one internal WTW Innovation Hub (IHub) specific to industry-relevant topics such as Audit, Specialty, Data Analytics, Clinical and Marketplace Intelligence.

**People**

Lead and manage weekly calls with assigned PBM(s) to review projects and escalated client issues

Serve as subject matter expert for WTW project managers and pharmacist consultants for RxC process and procedures.

Support development and delivery of RxC training for new hires in pharmacy practice

Review potential new PBM account team members to be assigned to RxC clients in order to confirm suitability. Maintain documentation of PBM and WTW account teams supporting RxC clients. Work with PBM to resolve any account team concerns.

**The Requirements:**

5 years of experience as an account manager, account executive or equivalent in a benefits consulting/brokerage firm, PBM, insurance company, or similar environment

PBM experience preferred

Well organized and detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to respond to all communications professionally and effectively, in a timely manner

Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues; strong client service orientation

Demonstrated leadership qualities and natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

Ability to work both independently and on client teams

Enjoy and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients both internal and external

Sense of accountability; owning one's work and taking pride in it

Self starter; interest in continually challenging oneself and willingness to step outside of one's comfort zone. Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adhering to strict project deadlines

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

Bachelors degree required

**Compensation**

"The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $95,000-$100,000 USD per year".

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
