We are hiring Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair state of the art/newly installed automated material handling equipment. Do you...

• Have 1 to 3 years of On-the-job work experience as a maintenance mechanic?
• Have experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components preferred.
• Have a HS Diploma and/or Vocational Training in Industrial Mechanics and/or Electrical Program.
• Have the ability to perform physically demanding work, such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting and bending for extended period.

Job Duties and Responsibilities...

• Responsible for dispatching, scheduling and customer service experience in production or distribution environment.
• Maintain/Repair production machines and equipment such as conveyors, and automated systems using hand/power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting wear and tear components as directed by our computer-based maintenance platform.
• Visually inspects and listens to machines equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
• Dismantles machines & equipment to gain access to problem area, using hand/power tools.
• Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems and tests the equipment post-repair.
• Realigns and adjusts components, like spindles and clutches.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic lines/systems.
• Repairs broken parts, using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment hand tools.
• May set up and operate metalworking tools, like lathe, drill press, or grinder, to make or repair parts.
