THE ROLE
As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be an integral part of our Sales and Solutions Team. Partnering with our Account Executives, you will lead both pre and post-sales activities, acting as the technical adviser to understand the client’s challenges and system requirements for the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for producing the solution and ensuring that the associated scope, estimates, and duration reflect Palladin's best practices and align with our delivery team’s approach. The Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect plays a meaningful role in both presales and implementation, setting clients up for success by shaping, scoping, and solutioning to maximize measurable value and success.
