As the EDI Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to drive the successful delivery and adoption of our EDI solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of EDI standards, technologies, as well as strong project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for our EDI products, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and execute product development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on EDI standards (such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT), protocols, data formats, and integration methodologies.
  • Support customer implementations and provide ongoing product support, troubleshooting, and training needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in product management, preferably in the EDI or B2B integration space.
  • Deep understanding of EDI standards, protocols, and technologies, with hands-on experience in EDI implementation, mapping, and trading partner management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value to customers.
