Palco Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc, a growing label manufacturer, is seeking to fill a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor position.
Position Description:
The Warehouse Lead/Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Clerk to coordinate and organize the daily Warehouse activities.
Position Duties:
- Accurately and efficiently process outgoing packages based on customer requirements
- Accurately monitor and receive all incoming shipments, checking for defective materials and discrepancies
- Prepare and schedule pallets for shipping
- Cycle and monthly inventory counting
- Loading and unloading trucks with forklift or pallet jack
- Assist in paper management and organization
- Effectively communicate with other departments, carriers, and customers
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Follow all established safety rules and regulations
Position Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years Shipping/Receiving experience preferred, but will train right individual
- Forklift and Hazmat Certified Training preferred
- Must have good math skills including the ability to read a ruler
- Must be able to pass a basic math aptitude test
- Lift up to 70 pounds
- Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.

Quarterly performance evaluations with potential of pay increase for the first year. Annual performance evaluations with increases after the first year.
