Position Summary

Palatine Park District is hiring a Barn Hand for a part-time IMRF position. This position will be responsible for helping out with day-to-day general horse and barn chores and grounds maintenance at the Palatine Stables.

Minimum Requirements

Possess two years of work experience in a field related to horse care and stable maintenance is preferred
Proficient horse handling skills and knowledge of horse care and behaviors is beneficial
Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance, use of hand tools and grounds equipment
