Job Summary:
Paladino Development Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our company vehicles in Omaha, Nebraska. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our fleet operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and maintenance vehicles.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and safety of the fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance with internal and external service providers.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and overall vehicle performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing, registration, and safety standards.
• Oversee driver training programs to promote safe driving practices and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, equipment, and supplies for vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Collaborate with other departments to support company operations and initiatives.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to fleet management and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field in a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
