Paladina Landscape Design Build, the premier landscape installation and service provider in Pittsburgh, is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer/Sales professionalto join our growing team. This person will take on the dual role of Sales and Design. The ideal candidate must have experience with both Landscape Design and Sales, is well organized, energetic, and comfortable with customer interactions.

· Annual Base Salary of $65,000-$85,000 Commission

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Talk to client(s) to determine what landscape/hardscape/pool designs they would like to see.

· Marketing, Presenting and Selling company products and services to new customers.

· Develop landscape plans from preliminary design through conceptual and final design.

· Understand customers wants vs needs and design to exceed expectations.

· Create a final design using computer-aided software.

· Support the installation team as they bring your landscape design to life.

· Prepare and execute proposals between clients and company.

· Site analysis, base mapping, design development, grading & drainage, layout and material plans, planting plans, and layout of plant materials on site.

· Work with permitting requirements for landscaping plans.

· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.

· Work with construction industry materials (such as hardscape, plant material selections, and lighting).

· Qualify new leads based on company standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years’ previous Sales & Design experience required.

· Knowledge of the Pool/Hardscape/Landscape Industry.

· Familiar with design software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Dynascape, etc.).

· Knowledge of design concepts related to the latest hardscaping and pool trends.

· Innovative and creative thinking.

· Ability to work both autonomously and within a team dynamic

· Ability to meet deadlines, accept direction, and learn new skills.

· Eagerness to grow.

· Great communication, verbal and written.

· Extremely well-organized, with attention to detail to assure the quality of work is performed at the highest level.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
