Field Property Claims Adjuster

Paladin Adjustment Group is an independent adjusting company looking for an experienced property adjuster capable of handling residential & commercial property losses. Our firm handles claims in NJ, PA and DE. Presently we are looking for a Part Time or '1099' adjuster in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Job Description:

• Scope loss damages and write repair estimates.
• Write narrative reports, prepare & label photo reports, and supply needed attachments with analysis in the reports.
• Must be able to climb ladders and evaluate roof wind & hail claims
• Travel to and complete in-person inspections of property damages.
• Communicate with clients & policyholders on a daily basis regarding the claims process via in-person discussion, email & phone calls

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
• Must have property field experience -5 years
• Must possess a reliable & insured vehicle to travel to & from inspections
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
• Preferred candidate would live within an hour of Pittsburgh, PA
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a clear understanding of insurance industry practices, standards and terminology
• Must be familiar with Xactimate and Symbility estimating platforms

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
