```Job Summary```
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling shipping services, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and assist them in their shipping needs
- Pack items for safe shipping
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Sort incoming mail for our mailbox customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a pack and ship store is preferred but not required
- Provide a positive can-do attitude
- Basic math skills for handling weight and size measurements and calculations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with computers using Microsoft Windows
- Must be able to lift up to 30 Lbs unaided
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus (multilingual)
- Familiarity with phone etiquette
We offer competitive pay and provide training to help you succeed in your role starting at $14/hr and up to $18/hr depending on the experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
