Pajcic & Pajcic, P.A. is seeking to hire a full time, personal injury pre-litigation legal assistant with a minimum of five years personal injury experience to help manage a large case load.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have a good attitude, be hardworking, a team player, be reliable and organized, good with people and willing to take care of our clients.

The candidate will be asked to possess the following skills:

· Understanding of insurance policies;

· Experience in demand writing;

· Work independently;

· Medically manage clients;

· Willing to work in a case management database;

· Understanding of Personal Injury Protection/Bodily Injury/Uninsured Motorist coverages;

· Ability to handle all aspects of pre-suit personal injury claims, including property damage, medical record requests, scheduling of doctor appointments, as needed, client meetings and insurance letters/requests;

· Personable and good with people;

· Caring about clients; and

· Smart and willing to work hard for our clients.
