Pay: $5,000 - $7,000 monthly (depending on experience)

Overview:
Painter Bros is seeking a skilled Working Foreman to lead our team on one of our larger projects in Du Quoin, IL. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a background in supervising construction project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of commercial painters on various job sites.
• Plan and organize work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.
• Ensure all painting projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Communicate project details and requirements to team members and clients.
• Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to report on progress and address any issues.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial-scale painting projects.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage project tasks and teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen or hold a valid work visa).
• OSHA certification is a plus.
