Pain Zero is a brand new outpatient Interventional Pain group with three locations in the Columbus area (Westerville, Grove City, and New Albany)!

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced worker's compensation director to join our team. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the organization in worker's compensation and personal injury claims/cases. This is a leadership role that requires strong worker's compensation operational and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of employee relations and labor laws.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to department managers and staff on worker's comp matters
- Oversee referrals, evaluations, and resource receivables from the Bureau of Worker's Compensation
- Ensure compliance with WC and PI labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance assessments
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and community partners
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role & understanding of worker's compensation and/or personal injury policies
- In-depth knowledge of claims process and working with attorney offices
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
