Busy physician group is looking for a Part-time to Full-Time

Medical Assistant/Front Office Staff

Duties include but not limited to:

Medical Assisting:

• Follow all clinical policies and procedures and accreditation requirements including documentation of all patient information accurately into EHR.
• Complete intake interview for new and returning patients.
• Prepare patients for medical exams consistent with reason for visit.
• Perform related duties necessary to ensure quality patient care as requested by provider.
• Process all tasks, route task appropriately in a timely manner.
• Perform screening tests; safely and accurately draw blood; complete standing orders.
• Clean and stock exam rooms
• Work collaboratively with all employees
• Must adhere to all HIPAA, Department of Health and Office Based Surgery guidelines and regulations.
• Complete all duties assigned timely and accurately.
• IV experience preferred but not required
• Working with EMR
• Flowing/Rooming Patients
• Vitals
• Working one on one with physicians and patients
• Check-in and out
• Answering phones
• Preparing charts

Individual must be detailed oriented, a self motivator, must be able to multitask and be able to work independently.

Pay is based on experience.
