- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients
- Obtain and update patient insurance information
- Process insurance claims and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and insurance information
- Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and provide necessary information

SPANISH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance verification processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
