Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association are looking to hire a hard-working part-time custodian to keep our buildings functionally and aesthetically intact. Pay is $21 per hour, and they will receive a free membership to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center.

Custodian Responsibilities:

• Monitors custodial needs and inform The Manager & Building Maintenance Supervisor of actions needed
• General cleaning of assigned facilities
• Cleaning and stocking of restrooms
• Ensure security of building by making sure doors and windows are closed and locked
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean up spills and debris with appropriate equipment
• Collect and dispose of all trash throughout assigned

Facilities

• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal to no supervision
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock and notify Aquatics and Building Maintenance Supervisor if stock is getting low

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
