Position Summary:

The Pick and Place department needs a stockroom clerk who will be responsible for accurately receiving, labeling, and placing in inventory the stencils used within the department. This position will primarily be responsible for the department stencils' inventory management.

Job Function:

• Responsible for accurately recording the stencils available in inventory, using Microsoft Excel.
• Store and label stencils appropriately upon receipt in their designated areas.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Facilitate accurate stocking operations and assist in expanding the stockroom area by adding more shelving, when needed.
• Pull stencils from stock for kits.
• Report damaged parts or wrong parts received.
• Ensure that inventory transactions (i.e. stock-line issuing and adjustments) are completed upon every material movement.
• Verify inventory accuracy by cycle counting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English and have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills for proper inventory and record-keeping.
