Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
- Operate Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Uphold high standards of guest relations, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
