We are doing Open Interviews in our Fort Lee office during weekdays

Looking for Qualified individuals to distribute GOVERNMENT TABLETS and PHONES to our local communities.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
• Communicate with applicants and gather qualifying Information to put into company system to determine eligibility.
• Follow scripts and guidelines during phone conversations
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Proficient in data entry and using computer systems
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers over the phone
• Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Work Location: On the road
