Title: San Diego Padres Camps Summer Warehouse Operations Internship (PAID)
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Hours & Compensation:

Pre-Summer Hours - Additional hours will be available in the spring based around candidate availability
Summer Hours - Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM
$20/hour and includes compensation for certain travel-related expenses. Seasonal Internship

Rally Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Operations Intern to assist in the production of our popular youth camps for summer 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student pursuing a degree in sports management or business operations, or a recent graduate with an interest in supply chain/inventory management. Our Warehouse operations Internship will provide you with exceptional professional development opportunities, invaluable exposure to MLB and other professional sports franchises, and a growing sports camps and recreation business.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern who:

Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of accountability
Has a positive attitude and great work ethic
Maintains the highest level of professionalism when interacting with all members of the various professional sports team front-offices, camp staff, vendors, and partners
Is a team player with a "no task is below me” approach
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

What You’ll Do:

Assist in event execution, uniform packaging and distribution and programming
Serve as a key apprentice and works closely with our leadership and warehouse management team
Master the quality control and receiving of all vendor items such as sports uniforms, merchandise, equipment, and supplies.
Keep a close eye on inventory with rigorous attention to detail
Contribute to the production of team events that foster a sense of community, and growth with our seasonal and full-time employees

What You’ll Bring:

Ideally lives locally or in close proximity to North County, San Diego
Be available to start this internship no later than May 1, 2024 and available to work through August 9, 2024, with an opportunity to begin sooner if desired.
All work will be in-person in Carlsbad, California and other locations around San Diego.
Be available to work 30 hours or more per week between 7:00AM-3:00PM (Monday through Friday) and some weekends after May 31, 2024.
Have reliable transportation to drive between camp locations around San Diego.
Be able to work in outdoor conditions during summer months, and lift, carry and transport up to 50 pounds
