PACS is Hiring a Regulatory specialist Near Farmington, UT

We are currently looking to add an experienced regulatory specialist to our team of professionals who support affiliated skilled nursing and other healthcare facilities across the country.

The ideal candidate will have a positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently and as a team.

  • Key Performance Elements / Responsibilities : Support healthcare facilities in making and completing regulatory licensing, change of ownership, accreditation and similar regulatory matters;
  • Work with colleagues within the company, as well as outside counsel and other third parties to complete initial and renewal regulatory items;
  • Successful candidates should : Possess exceptional computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Possess high-level written and verbal communication skills and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, including ability to stay organized, follow up with third parties, and complete projects independently;
  • and Calendaring and meeting deadlines. Minimum Qualifications & Experience At least five years work experience in positions that required high attention to detail, follow up, working with third parties, organizational skills, and independent work;
  • Meaningful experience being responsible for regulatory filings and working with regulatory agencies is a big plus; Bachelor's Degree and / or Paralegal Certificate is a plus;
  • Highly independent, needs little guidance and can effectively prioritize and handle multiple projects that require attention to detail and follow through;
  • Familiarity or experience working with skilled nursing facilities and related regulatory filing requirements is a big plus, and similar experience with hospitals or other healthcare providers is also a plus;

The PACS team provides accounting, finance, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, legal, risk management, information technology and other business advice and support from its headquarters in Farmington, UT, and satellite offices across the United States.

PACS provides back office administrative support to more than 200 independently operated skilled nursing facilities in nine states.
