What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Quality Control plans for Louisville production in a high quality and timely manner

• Deliver in process, final checklists and associated audit work instructions

• Verify operator training plan and matrix, and periodically survey operators to the training plan

• Manage Deviations, nonconformance reports, and corrective actions in a high quality and timely manner

• Provide input and make updates to support the change management process

Job Specific Competencies:

• An experienced professional, with a full understanding of quality control, and a basic understanding of quality assurance

• 3-6 years demonstrated experience in quality or continuous improvement, preferably in a manufacturing setting

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $214,000 however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
