MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THIRD SHIFT AND POSSIBLY 12 PM - 12 AM. SHIFT TO BE DETERMINED. NOT A FIRST SHIFT JOB. Best candidate will have mechanical aptitude and experience, enjoys "turning wrenches, fixing things, figuring out how things work, use of micrometers, etc.” Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Great potential for advancement into Operator position. Overtime on a regular basis. After probation period, all employees are eligible for PTO, Medical, Dental, 401k and additional benefits

Helper position will work weekdays, with the understanding that if he/she is promoted to Operator position, they must be available to work some weekends and their time of day/night schedule would be consistent, however, different from the helper position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of products according to specifications
- Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut materials
- Handle materials and components in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Note: This position is an entry-level role, and training will be provided.
