Qualifications: Do you have the following skill-sets???

• Extrovert and able to speak openly with people
• Recent 5years minimum Dealership Service Adviser experience
• CDK experience preferred
• Ability to multitask under pressure and complete tasks promptly and efficiently
• Understand technology such as computers, texting, and Microsoft Office applications
• Understand communication and process is the key to success
• Energetic and able to be on your feet majority of the day
• Handle several different clients while giving EVERYONE the utmost respect, attention, and world-class customer service
• Typing skills and be able to interpret customer issues and concerns in writing
• Show up early and be ready to work
• Love helping people
• Great team member and get along well with others
• Passion for success and commitment to excellence
• Have valid clean driver's license
