Pacific Yurts Marketing Coordinator

(Hybrid - Eugene, OR Preferred)

This includes social media, email marketing, content creation, and event support. Why Eugene, OR? While this is a hybrid role, we're seeking a passionate marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment. Ideally, you'd be in the Eugene, OR area for occasional in-office team meetings and brainstorming sessions. However, the flexibility of a hybrid role allows you to contribute significantly and make a real impact, even with some remote work options.

Responsibilities:

● Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies.

● Mktg channel performance management including SEO, Social, Paid, Nurture.

● Coordinate marketing initiatives using CRM to track and analyze campaign performance.

● Support with event planning and execution.

● Work with writers and content managers to align content creation roadmap with revenue strategy.

● Conduct on-going market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging.

● Leverage CRM data to run, track, and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness.

● Managing vendors and agency relationships and performance.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

● 1-2 years of marketing experience using a CRM

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms

● A creative mindset and a passion for marketing

Bonus points for:

● Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp)

● Graphic design skills

● Experience with content management systems (CMS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
