This role is designed to start as a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. What You'll Do::

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents.

Document Management:

  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Client Relations:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and relevant internal departments.

Office Management:

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Special Projects:

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
  • Conduct research and gather data for various projects and reports.
What You Bring::
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3 plus years' experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: Full-time; exact hours to be determined. On site 5 days a week.
What We Offer::

Compensation Range: up to $50k

  • Benefits: Eligibility for benefits will be reviewed upon transition to a permanent role.
