Pacific Veterinary Clinic has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our Grants Pass team!

This flexible full-time or part-time position consists of four 9-hour weekday shifts and a rotating Saturday shift.

We’re looking for:

• Team player who is dedicated to the veterinary field and has a desire to learn and grow

• Assistant with exceptional communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities and preferred skillset:

• Small animal handling and restraint
• Blood draws and IV catheter placement
• Administering injection and medications
• Outpatient procedures
• Surgical prep and assistance
• Monitoring anesthesia
• Dental prophy and radiology
• Pharmacy duties and lab work
• Microscopic evaluation
• And more!

We are a well-equipped, paper-lite hospital with four exam rooms, digital radiology, a cold laser, ultrasound, and a brand new 3-table dental suite. Our services primarily revolve around surgery and dentistry; however, our overall services are broad, welcoming nearly everything except orthopedics.
