Great direct hire opportunity for a Plant Manager at a Billion Dollar Titanium Metal Manufacturing Company for Aerospace/Defense Products in Richland, Washington.

Salary 180k- 210k

Relocation assistance is available.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field or business or equivalent experience

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.

Minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve difficult problems effectively and implement long term solutions.

Willingness to Travel - Occasionally

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Needs to have start up experience. Plus if they have experience in aerospace metals with Titanium. Would also be nice if they have melt experience. Needs to be a dynamic personality that they can work work with employees on the floor and with executives. Needs to have a good communication style and working cross functionally across all parts of the business. Needs to interface with our leadership, talking with customers, the community.
