Looking to add to our team. This person needs to have a flexible schedule and prior serving experience. The shifts will include serving as well as bartending. Needs to be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & server area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and respond appropriately to any issues or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and processing payments accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.20 per hour
